We are a passionate group of social entrepreneurs with a wealth of experience in education, community, itouch technology, gaming, design and marketing.

Julia Bateson - Managing Director

Julia has 27 years experience of working in Primary, Secondary Schools and professional football clubs. She has been a Head of a Study, Deputy Head teacher, Support Centre and a Local Authority Education Adviser. Julia was the QiSS East of England Regional Coordinator; is a school Governor and Chairs a Children's Centre Advisory Board. Julia is passionate about make a positive difference to families, children and young people's lives complementing what they do in the classroom with what they do out of it.

Adrienne Arthurs - Creative Director

Adrienne has twenty one years experience as: an Extended services consultant, a family and community development coordinator working in schools, pre-schools, retail and training. She is enthusiastic about supporting children and young people to overcome barriers and reach their full potential and supporting young people who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) to find employment.. Adrienne is National Critical Friend and experienced QiSS QES Chair.

David Pyne - Business Director

David is an experienced entrepreneur in the world of Communications Technology in schools (ICT) and the corporate sector. He is committed to bringing innovative technology applications into schools.

Nusrat khan - multi-cultural Director (non exec)


Nusrat has years of experience supporting the development of Multi-ethnic groups and organisations. She brings knowledge of cultural diversity to projects that support children and young people.
